Carrying over your leftover data to next month, that’s standard. At BASE, all data that is leftover will be carried over automatically to the next month. That is what we call the Data Jump. The Data Jump is always included in our € 15, € 20, € 29 and € 39 monthly plans. Plus, every month, transferring data is totally automatic. You don’t need to do anything, cool!

Every 1st day of every month 24 hours of free data for BASE subscribers. That means 24 hours of free mobile data to go absolutely wild. To shop online. Or spot funny situations in Street View. Anything goes. And it applies both in Belgium and throughout the EU.

With our different monthly plans, you enjoy unlimited* calls and texts within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU zone).

Set your out-of-plan limit with My Budget Control. This lets you choose a limit amount beyond your monthly plan price. The limit is active immediately, and you can easily change it again later, whenever and wherever you want.

The BASE rates include VAT and are subject to the general terms and conditions and special conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for personal and private use only. After the first minute, you will be charged per second. Any inclusive minutes from BASE to BASE are only valid for use within Belgium. Any other inclusive minutes and text messages are applicable for use within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU zone); any inclusive mobile data are applicable for use within Belgium and the EU zone. The international rates can be found here. Calling and texting to special numbers, as well as the use of third-party services, is not included; this usage will always be charged on top of any credit and/or bundles. To find out the rates for calls to special numbers (070, 0900, 1207,...), please contact us via the customer zone or call 1999 via BASE (free in Belgium) or +32 (0)486 19 1999 via any other network (subject to charge).

Mobile subscriptions for individuals are without fixed term contract. You may terminate your contract at any time.

Offer reserved for new BASE customers
* The promotion is automatically applied to new customers during the confirmation of your order. Temporary promotion on BASE monthly plans of €15, €20, €29 and €39: offer valid from 30/05/2023 until 03/09/2023. Under condition of activation of the above BASE monthly plans, the customer benefits from from a -20% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the duration of the subscription after activation.

Offer reserved for private customers who do not yet have a BASE monthly plan; customers with a BASE top-up card who want to switch to a BASE monthly plan or are coming from another operator, must not have had a BASE monthly plan for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to subscription. This offer cannot be used combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM benefit.

Offer reserved for existing BASE customers
Temporary promotion on BASE monthly plans of €15, €20, €29 and €39: offer valid from 30/05/2023 until 03/09/2023.

Offer reserved for private customers who already have a BASE monthly plan.
Under condition of migrating to a higher Base monthly plan via the My BASE app or the customer zone, the customer benefits from 20% reduction on the monthly plan fee for the duration of the subscription after activation.

The customer will lose the discount on the monthly plan fee if he cancels his monthly plan or migrates to a lower rate plan. This offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM benefit.

Promotion BASE + TADAAM
5 €/month advantage on the BASE invoice: offer valid for private individuals who are customers of both BASE and TADAAM. Valid for new and existing BASE customers who have a BASE 15 Classic, BASE 15, BASE 20, BASE 29 or BASE 39 subscription, and who are also new or existing Tadaam customers (standard or premium). Offer only valid for private use. The customer must have an active BASE mobile number and be an active Tadaam customer who makes 1 payment per month. A requirement for entitlement to the special offer is the registration of the BASE mobile number in your Tadaam customer zone. The offer may not be shared with persons outside the domestic circle. If the customer pauses Tadaam, the advantage will be suspended as long as the subscription is paused. 1 advantage applies per BASE mobile number. The advantage will be calculated pro-rata. The offer can be combined with other special offers and smartphone deals. BASE and Tadaam reserve the right to change or end the special offer.  

Special conditions of your BASE monthly plan
Data Jump: Non-used credit of your monthly plan will be carried over to the following month. The next month, you will first consume the unused credit of the previous month. Non-used credit may be carried over for one month only. In the event of a change in tariff plan or termination of the contract, the carried-over credit is not taken into account for pro rata invoicing/refund. The transferred credit expires upon assignment of the agreement by the customer. Unlimited calls to BASE: unlimited number of call minutes to BASE customers. Offer restricted to normal private use, as defined here.

Special condition for option World Internet
The amount of the selected Internet World option will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The rates are only valid abroad with one of the partner networks. After you used the MBs data included in your monthly bundle, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at € 0.24/MB.

Free Google Nest Mini with the purchase of a Galaxy A23 5G 128GB
When you purchase a Galaxy A23 5G 128GB, you will temporarily receive a Google Nest Mini.
This promotion runs from February 28 to April 3, 2023 (purchase date) and while stocks last. If the customer terminates his monthly plan or switches to a lower tariff plan within the first 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the device. Representative example: Instalment sales at an annual percentage rate of charge of 0% (= fixed borrowing rate). To finance the purchase of a device at a cash price of € 609, the customer makes an advance payment of € 9 and settles the balance in 24 monthly instalments of € 25. The total amount to be refunded, excluding the advance payment, is € 600.
