Data Jump, exclusively for BASE: based on a mobile monthly plans comparison made on the 15/01/2020 at the following operators : Mobile Vikings, Orange, Proximus, Scarlet, Telenet, Voo.

The BASE rates include VAT and are subject to the general terms and conditions and special conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for personal and private use only. After the first minute, you will be charged per second. Any inclusive minutes from BASE to BASE are only valid for use within Belgium. Any other inclusive minutes and text messages are applicable for use within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU zone); any inclusive mobile data are applicable for use within Belgium and the EU zone. The international rates can be found here. Calling and texting to special numbers, as well as the use of third-party services, is not included; this usage will always be charged on top of any credit and/or bundles. To find out the rates for calls to special numbers (070, 0900, 1207,...), please contact us via the customer zone or call 1999 via BASE (free in Belgium) or +32 (0)486 19 1999 via any other network (subject to charge).

Mobile subscriptions for individuals are without fixed term contract. You may terminate your contract at any time.

Special conditions of your BASE monthly plan
Data Jump: Non-used credit of your monthly plan will be carried over to the following month. The next month, you will first consume the unused credit of the previous month. Non-used credit may be carried over for one month only. In the event of a change in tariff plan or termination of the contract, the carried-over credit is not taken into account for pro rata invoicing/refund. The transferred credit expires upon assignment of the agreement by the customer. Unlimited calls to BASE: unlimited number of call minutes to BASE customers. Offer restricted to normal private use, as defined here.

Special condition for option Unlimited calling
Option only available for customers with a BASE monthly plan. The price of the selected option is automatically added to your invoice each month. By activating this option you enter an open-ended contract which you can cancel at no charge whenever you like. However, you can only activate the option once per invoicing period.

Unlimited calling is restricted to normal personal use, as defined here.

Special condition for option World Internet
The amount of the selected Internet World option will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The rates are only valid abroad with one of the partner networks. After you used the MBs data included in your monthly bundle, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at € 0.24/MB.

À condition d'activer l'un des abonnements BASE susmentionnés sur le site web de BASE, le client bénéficie de la remise annoncée sur le prix de l'abonnement pendant les 6 premiers mois suivant l'activation. Offre réservée aux clients particuliers qui n'ont pas encore d'abonnement BASE ; les clients ayant une carte prépayée BASE ou venant d’un autre opérateur ne peuvent pas avoir eu d'abonnement BASE pour le même numéro mobile durant les 3 mois précédant la souscription. Offre non cumulable avec d'autres actions et promotions, à l’exception de l’avantage BASE+TADAAM.

Offre réservée aux clients particuliers qui ont un déjà abonnement BASE depuis au moins 3 mois.
Sous réserve d'une migration positive vers un abonnement supérieur via l’app My BASE ou via l’espace client, le client bénéficiera de la remise indiquée sur le prix de l'abonnement mensuel pendant les 6 premiers mois suivant la migration.
Le client perd sa remise mensuelle s’il résilie son abonnement, ou passe à un abonnement inférieur.
Offre non cumulable avec d'autres actions et promotions, à l’exception de l’avantage BASE+TADAAM.

Legals Promotion Base 29: 23/05 -3/07

44GB de data* par mois au lieu de 22GB pour toute la durée du contrat sur un abonnement BASE de 29 €/mois.

1. Pour les nouveaux clients BASE
* La promotion sera automatiquement appliquée aux nouveaux clients lors de la confirmation de leur commande.
Offre réservée aux particuliers et valable du 23/05/2022 au 03/07/2022 inclus.
À condition d’activer un abonnement BASE de 29 €/mois, le client se voit offrir, après activation, 44GB de data par mois au lieu de 22GB de data par mois et ce à vie.
Offre réservée aux nouveaux clients BASE (qui n’avaient pas non plus d’abonnement BASE durant les 3 mois précédant la souscription à l’offre). Les clients ayant une carte prépayée BASE et voulant passer à un abonnement BASE ne peuvent pas avoir eu d’abonnement BASE pour le même numéro mobile au courant des 3 mois précédant la souscription.
Cette promotion n’est pas cumulable avec d’autres promotions, sauf avec l’avantage BASE+TADAAM.

2. pour les clients BASE existants
Les clients BASE existants ont également droit à cette promotion, mais uniquement s'ils sont client BASE depuis plus de 3 mois et après un transfert vers un abonnement supérieur via l’app My BASE ou l’ espace client.
La promotion est valable sur l'abonnement de 29 €/mois.
Si ces conditions sont remplies, le client BASE existant se verra offrir 44GB de data par mois au lieu de 22GB de data par mois, et ce à vie.
Le client existant perd ses double data s'il résilie son abonnement, passe à un abonnement de 20 € ou moins.
L'action pour les clients existants n'est pas cumulable avec d'autres offres et promotions, sauf avec la promo smartphone ou l’avantage BASE+TADAAM.
Si un client bénéficie déjà d'une autre promotion, celle-ci expirera dès que la promotion BASE 29 aura été activée.
