Are all the details correct and has the payment been cleared?

Then we will send your SIM card and your device asap. You'll receive an e-mail when your SIM card and handset have been sent. After they've left our warehouse, they will arrive within 1 to 4 working days.

PostNL delivers the package free of charge. You must be present and sign for receipt.

Not home the first time they try to deliver?

No problem, the courier will make a second attempt.

Not home the second time either?

Then you have 14 days to pick up your package at a collection point specified by the courier.

When the time has expired, the package will be returned to us.

After receipt

Activate your SIM card online

Did you choose a new mobile phone number? Then your card is ready to use after activation.
Did you choose to keep your current mobile number? Then we will send a text to your "old" SIM card as soon as the new one is ready to use.

Place the card in your device after activation and you're all set: you can call, text and browse.
