General and special terms and conditions

All the tariffs that are exclusive of VAT and are subject to the general conditions and the special terms and conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for professionals who have a VAT number and those exercising a liberal profession. The special terms and conditions determine in which countries the included minutes, texts and MB data are valid. Calling and texting to special numbers, as well as the use of third parties services, is not included; the costs implied by this use will be billed outside of any package and/or bundle. You pay per second, after the first minute. To know the cost of communications to special numbers (070, 0900, 1207, 1307,...), international calls and roaming, please call 1940 via BASE (free in Belgium) or +32 (0)486 19 1940 from any other network (charges will occur).

Special terms & conditions

Pro monthly plans

  • The Pro Start, Contact, Connect, XL, Europe and World contracts are without fixed term. They are restricted to normal professional use, subject to conditions. If you don't use the minutes and/or the MB of data transfer in Belgium and/or in the EU zone, the remaining minutes and/or MBs will not be carried over to the following month. 
  • For Pro Start, Contact, Connect, XL, Europe and World, if you exceed the monthly volume of MB data included in the bundle on your smartphone in Belgium and/or in the EU zone, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at € 0.025/MB.
  • For Pro Start, if you exceed the 200 minutes included in the bundle, the calls outside the bundle in Belgium and/or in the EU zone will be charged at € 0.15/min. 
  • For Pro World, if you exceed the monthly volume of minutes, text messages and MB data included in the bundle outside Europe, the amount of minutes, text messages and data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged at the standard roaming rates of the country as defined on BASE.be/Businessroaming. 

Pro Internet Anywhere monthly plans

  • The Pro Internet Anywhere contract is without fixed term. The corresponding contract amount will be automatically added to your monthly invoice. If you don't use the volume of MB data included in the bundle, the remaining MBs will not be carried over to the following month. If you exceed the monthly volume of MB data included in the bundle in Belgium and/or in the EU zone, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at € 0.025/MB.

Minutes, SMS and MB in Europe

  • The minutes, text messages and MB data included in the Pro Start, Pro Contact, Pro Connect, Pro XL and Pro Internet Anywhere bundles are also valid from and to the following countries of the EU zone: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
  • Roaming calls issued within the EU zone are charged per second after the first minute like in Belgium.
  • Roaming calls received within the EU zone are for free.
  • For Pro Start, Pro Contact, Pro Connect and Pro XL calling from Belgium to an EU country does not change. The calls will be charged at standard international rates. For Pro Europe and Pro World, the international calls are included in the bundle.
  • The minutes, text messages and MB data included in the Pro Europe and Pro World bundles are also valid from or to the countries of the EU zone (see list) plus Jersey, Monaco and Switzerland.
  • The amount of the ‘Voice Europe’ option will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The Voice Europe option is only valid abroad to the countries of the EU zone (see list) plus Jersey, Monaco and Switzerland.

Minutes, SMS and MB outside Europe

  • The 800 minutes, 800 SMS and 2 GB data included in the Pro World bundle are valid outside Europe, from and to the 24 following countries: Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Russia, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, USA.
  • The amount of the selected Voice/Internet World options will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The Voice/Internet World options are only valid outside of Europe, from and to the 24 countries listed here above. If you exceed the monthly volume of minutes of MB data included in the bundle, the amount of minutes or data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged at the standard rates as defined on BASE.be/Businessroaming.
    The Voice World and Internet World options can be combined. The options are valid for Pro Start, Pro Contact, Pro Connect, Pro XL, Pro Europe and Pro Internet Anywhere. Not for Pro World as the countries are already included in the tariff plan.

Options

Once the option is activated, the corresponding amount will be automatically added to your monthly invoice. To deactivate the options, you need only call 1940 (free in Belgium). The option is deactivated from the moment the first invoice is received following your call, unless your request is made while your invoice is being treated. In this case, the deactivation comes into effect starting from the following invoice.

  • International option
    € 3 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. € 0.12/min. for calls to fixed lines, € 0.24/min. for calls to mobile lines. The rates are valid only for calls made from Belgium to the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Gabon, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Irish Republic, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Poland, Portugal (+ Azores), Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine, United States, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia. This option is included in the Pro Europe and Pro World 
    and is available for Pro Start, Pro Contact, Pro Connect and Pro Unlimited with an additional cost.

Network

To benefit from 4G you have to be in an area with BASE 4G network coverage. To use 4G, you need a compatible 4G device.

To be able to guarantee you optimal terms of use, our unlimited offers are exclusively restricted to normal professional use. This normal use allows you very intensive use of the relevant services. Only in case of fraude (including commercial use of the contract, in particular for call center or SIM box purposes, and/or making this available to third parties, e.g. through hotspotting), dishonest use or, more generally, use that is not in accordance with the use that could be expected of a customer who concludes the contract for the service(s) concerned (such as in particular the use of your mobile as a baby phone or – in the framework of an unlimited mobile data offer – the use of the simcard in other devices than in a mobile or smartphone, including in surveillance camera's or gateway devices) this is not respected.

Your use will, for example, be deemed fraudulent in the following cases :

  • You regularly call more than 6 hours a day and/or 30 hours a week.
  • You regularly call more than 3 hours without interruption and/or you make calls that are immediately resumed after being interrupted.
  • You send more than 350 text messages a day and/or 10.000 text messages a month.
  • Per month you regularly use 10 (or more) times more data than the average number of data used by all customers with an unlimited offer.
  • Your mobile data usage puts an abnormal strain on the network and/or could negatively impact the experience of other customers.

In all these cases Telenet Group NV/SA reserves the right to restrict the delivery of services or to suspend and/or terminate your contract.
