Have you completed all the steps? Then you will receive a text on your old SIM card. Insert your new SIM card in your handset. Welcome to BASE!

Do you no longer have your old SIM card? Was it lost, stolen or broken?
No problem. Insert your new SIM card in your handset now. Your current mobile number will be carried over, and in a few minutes you will be able to call, text and browse just like before.

What do you need to activate your SIM card?

  1. Your order number. You will find it in all the e-mails you've received after you ordered your SIM card.
  2. The SIM card number. This can be found inside the pack your SIM card was sent in through the post.
  3. Your mobile phone number. This will be either the old number you've had transferred to BASE. Or perhaps you've requested to change numbers? As for the SIM card number, the new phone number can be found on the pack your SIM card was sent in.
