What do you need to activate your SIM card?
- Your order number. You will find it in all the emails you received after you ordered your SIM card.
- The SIM card number. You can find it on the SIM card holder that came with your welcome letter by post.
- Your mobile phone number. This is either your existing phone number, if you are transferring it to BASE, or a new phone number, if you chose that option. The new phone number can also be found in the letter.
You can activate your SIM card via the My BASE app or online.
