Step-by-step installation
Select your phone platform, and I'll show you how to install the app.
01. Start the download & install
Open the appropriate Firebase email (for iOS) on your smartphone and tap the ‘Get started’ button.
You'll be given the option to install My BASE app. Tap 'Install'.
Go to the next step.
02. Confirm installation & Allow
‘Download’ the Firebase profile and ‘Allow’ configuration.
Go to the next step.
03. Profiles & Device Management
Close’ the dialogue window and go to ‘Settings > General > Profile’.
Go to the next step.
04. Install Firebase profile
Tap ‘Firebase App Distribution’ and ‘Install’ on the next screen.
Go to the next step.
05. Download the My BASE app
Go back to your open browser window and tap ‘Done’, after this you can start the ‘download’.
Go to the next step.
06. Install BASE and trust the certificate
Tap ‘Install’ and DO NOT tap the blue button on the next screen. You first need to go back to your 'Settings'.
Go to the next step.
07. Trust November Five BVBA profile
Go back to ‘Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management’ and tap on ‘November Five BVBA’, you'll be given the option to trust it. Tap 'Trust'. Note that this grants only one privilege: installing the app. This is simply the only mechanism supported by Apple to download applications outside of the official app store.

08. Open the My BASE app
Find My BASE app on your home and log in with your customer details.
Not a BASE customer? Then use this dummy account:
Login: 0485235806
Password: BASEfut123
Attention: only use the test account to discover the app, do not change or migrate the product so that other colleagues can use it, thank you ;)

Open the appropriate Firebase email (for Android) on your smartphone and tap the ‘download’ button.
Before you can download you need to download and install App Tester on your smartphone. Tap ‘Download App tester’.
Go to the next step.
02. Open email
When the download is finished, tap ‘Open’ and ‘Install’ on the next dialogue.

03. Install App Tester and Sign in
After App Tester is installed, tap ‘Open’ and ‘Sign in with your Google’ on the next screen.

04. Choose account and select My BASE in App Tester
Choose your Google account and tap ‘My BASE’ on the next screen.
Go to the next step.
05. Download My BASE app and open App Tester
‘Download’ the My BASE app and go to your home screen. Tap on the App Tester icon.
Go to the next step.
06. ‘Settings’ and ‘Allow’
You need to allow App Tester to install the My BASE app. Tap ‘Settings’ and enable the toggle on the next screen.
Go to the next step.
07. ‘Install’ and ‘Open’
Almost there, tap ‘Install’ and ‘Open’ the My BASE app.
Go to the next step.
08. My BASE app installed
Log in with your customer details.
Not a BASE customer? Then use this dummy account:
