Can you get BASE Internet at your address?
What if the address checker shows no availability?
Don’t worry. This doesn’t necessarily mean BASE Internet isn’t available at your address.
If you currently have internet with VOO, Telenet or Orange, installing BASE Internet is usually straightforward and doesn’t require complex installation.
If you see one of the following at home, we should normally be able to connect you:
TV wall plug
Network interface unit
Distribution cable
Can I still order BASE Internet?
Yes. Even if you don’t see any of these at home, you can still place an order for BASE Internet. We will then check your situation in more detail. This extra check may take a bit longer, but in many cases we can still connect your home. After you place your order, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
