You can update some of your personal details via Your Profile on My BASE. For example, you can easily change your email address or your preferred language. To log in to My BASE, you need a login and password. If you don’t have them yet, you can request them here.
Do you want to update your address because you are moving? Provide us with your new address by filling in this form. You can find more information on our moving page.
Do you want to update your name? Depending on your Role, you can update your first name and/or last name yourself via My BASE.
If your role is Manager or User, you can easily update your personal details yourself via My BASE on the website.
If your role is Contract Holder, you need to go to a BASE Shop to update your first and/or last name.
Tip:
You can only update your personal details via My BASE on the website. In the My BASE app, you can only update your email address.
