Check this easily in the My BASE app or the cutomer zone.
Note: Only payments which we have already received are visible in the oveview. Did you make your payment recently? Then it is possible that you only see it appear in the overview within a few days.
Go to 'Payments' under 'Pay your bills' in your customer zone. There you will find an overview of the payments we have already received/are still awaiting. You can also see which payment method was used.
