Has BASE received my payment?

Check this easily in the My BASE app or on My BASE.

Note: Only payments which we have already received are visible in the oveview. Did you make your payment recently? Then it is possible that you only see it appear in the overview within a few days.

In the My BASE-app (under the tab 'Billing'), you will see if you still have an open amount to pay. An overview of the payments is only available on My BASE. 

You don't have the app yet? Download it for free from the App Store or the Google Play Store. 

Go to 'Payments' under 'Pay your bills' on My BASE. There you will find an overview of the payments we have already received/are still awaiting. You can also see which payment method was used.
