Serial number of your BASE TV box

The serial number of your BASE TV box is 12 digits long. You can find it in three places:

• via My BASE: log into My BASE and go to TV > Your BASE TV box > Serial number.
• on the bottom of your TV box: the serial number is on the white sticker affixed to the underside of the BASE TV box. It is the number shown after CPE ID.
• via your TV: Press the house button and then the gear. Then go to Info > About. It is the number shown after Serial Number.
