Do you need BASE Internet for your TV?

The BASE TV box only works with BASE Internet. This way we ensure quality while you watch tv. For the best experience, we recommend BASE unlimited Internet or BASE unlimited+ Internet..

With the BASE TV app you watch everywhere in Belgium or in the EU zone however you like. You can also watch TV over other internet connections, such as a public Wi-Fi network or 4G/5G.

How to connect the BASE TV box to the internet?

There are two possible ways to connect your BASE TV box to the internet:

  • with an internet cable. Connect your TV box to the modem with an internet cable. You'll find more information in the installation article.
  • with Wi-Fi. Press the Home button on your remote and click on the gear icon on the top-right corner of your screen. Go to System > Change connection type > Wi-Fi.
