As a BASE customer, you can buy a smartphone at a lower price with your mobile phone monthly plan. Handy, as you get a discount on your smartphone and at the same time benefit from all the advantages of your mobile phone monthly plan.
Both new and existing customers can combine their mobile phone monthly plan with a smartphone. To benefit from the discount, you need to meet the following conditions.
Do you no longer meet one of the conditions after the purchase? Then the discount expires and you will pay any residual value.
We offer a selection of smartphones (such as iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO) depending on availability and special offers. You can find all our smartphones in the webshop or in a BASE Shop.
Each mobile phone monthly plan entitles you to 1 smartphone. Do you have multiple monthly plans? Then you can purchase a maximum of 3 smartphones under the same customer account. Do you still want an extra smartphone? Then pay back the residual value of one of your smartphones or wait until the contract period of 24 months has ended.
We calculate the discount based on the original value of your smartphone and your monthly plan. The higher your monthly plan, the more discount you receive.
Prices for Pro monthly plans include VAT. The discount is often larger for special offers.

A depreciation table shows how the residual value of your smartphone decreases during the term of your contract. It tells you how much you must still pay if you cancel the contract within the 24 months.
You can find the depreciation table in the order confirmation, the summary of the agreement or in My BASE.
