With BASE limited Internet you get 300 GB of internet volume per month. Have you used up that volume? No panic! Then you have three options for continuing to use internet.
You can continue to use internet at a reduced speed of 1 Mbps downstream and 256 Kbps upstream.
You can increase your current volume by 25 GB for €5. You can buy the extra volume on My BASE or in the My BASE app. If you have volume left over at the end of the billing/invoicing period, you automatically carry it over to the next period. Then you use the included 300 GB first, before switching to the remaining extra volume. You can keep using this volume until it runs out, for up to 12 months. You can by multiple volumes.
