Connect your device(s) to Wi-Fi

Looking for the Wi-Fi details of your BASE modem? Go to My BASE or check the sticker at the bottom of your modem. You can find more information in this FAQ.

Test your Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home

Curious about the speed and quality of your Wi-Fi? Use the BASE Speedtest on your smartphone connected to your Wi-Fi. Do you notice that your Wi-Fi doesn’t cover certain rooms well? A Wi-Fi booster can help improve your coverage. Discover the BASE Wi-Fi boosters.

Personalise your Wi-Fi network name and password

You prefer a personal network name and password instead of the default name and code? Go to My BASE to change it.

Note: afterwards, you’ll need to reconnect all your devices using the updated Wi-Fi details.
