When are BASE Internet’s peak and off-peak hours?

Using BASE limited Internet?

Peak and off-peak hours do not apply to your plan. You always use the internet at full speed until your internet volume runs out. Find out what happens when your internet volume runs out.

For BASE unlimited Internet and BASE unlimited+ Internet, these peak and off-peak hours apply:

Off-peak hours: from 00:00 to 17:00

During these hours, you always enjoy unlimited internet at the full speed of your plan.

Peak hours: from 17:00 to 00:00

These are the busiest hours, when many customers are online at the same time to stream, game or browse. You can still use unlimited internet, but intensive users may temporarily experience a lower speed.
