The BASE rates include VAT and are subject to the general terms and conditions and special conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for personal and private use only. After the first minute, you will be charged per second. Any inclusive minutes from BASE to BASE are only valid for use within Belgium. Any other inclusive minutes and text messages are applicable for use within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU zone); any inclusive mobile data are applicable for use within Belgium and the EU zone. The international rates can be found here. Calling and texting to special numbers, as well as the use of third-party services, is not included; this usage will always be charged on top of any credit and/or bundles. The free calls, text messages and data are valid in Belgium and Europe except for premium-rate numbers. They remain valid for 30 days after your top-up. These calls, text messages and data will not be transferred to another tariff plan. With each new top-up of at least € 10 within 30 days, you will receive new free calls and text messages and any unused free calls and text messages will expire. If you top up for at least € 10 within 30 days, the validity of any remaining data will be extended by 30 days.
If you top up for € 5 before the 30 days have expired, the free calls, text messages and data of your previous top-up will remain valid until the expiry date. If you exceed your free data, the additional data will be deducted from your credit per KB at € 0.50/MB.
All options must be combined with a BASE Prepaid tariff plan, are valid for 30 days and are deducted from your credit when you activate them.
Depending on the number of benefits and bundles that you already make use of, the number of bundles that you can use may be restricted. If you exceed the maximum number of bundles permitted, we send you an SMS.
You can use mobile Internet in Belgium with every BASE Prepaid tariff plan. After you have used them all, you can reactivate this option as often as you would like to, otherwise you pay the non-bundle price that is specified under our tariff tables.
After you have used all minutes and MBs included in the option, you can reactivate it as often as you would like to. Use that exceeds your option is deducted from your credit at the following standard EU rates:
The minutes included in the "Calls in Europe" option are valid from Belgium to Europe and from Europe to Europe and to Belgium.

Telenet Group reserves the right to exclude prefixes (which are among others reserved for third-party services) for international and roaming calls in Europe.
The mobile Internet, included with these prepaid cards, is only valid if your BlackBerry works with OS 10.
If your BlackBerry works with OS 5, 6 or 7, there is a special option available. This option is only valid for data transfer in Belgium and strictly reserved for a usage on a mobile phone or smartphone, all other use is not allowed. This option is automatically deducted from your credit and if you exceed the volume of MB included in your option, the MB you use on top of your option will be invoiced at € 0.50/MB.
To benefit from 4G you have to be in an area with BASE 4G network coverage. To use 4G, you need a compatible 4G device.
To be able to guarantee you optimal conditions of use, our unlimited offers are exclusively restricted to normal personal and private use. They are exclusively reserved for use via mobile or smartphone, any other use being prohibited. This normal use allows you very intensive use. Only in case of fraude (including commercial use of the contract, in particular for call center or simbox purposes, and/or making the service available to third parties, e.g. through hotspotting), dishonest use or, more generally, use that is not in accordance with the use that could be expected of a customer who concludes a contract for mobile telephony (such as in particular the use of your mobile as a babyphone or – in the framework of an unlimited mobile data offer – the use of the simcard in, for example, surveillance camera’s or gateway devices) there is no normal personal and private use.
