How to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series?

You can order a smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series from 25 February at 19:00 until 10 March 2026 — so don’t wait too long! 

  • Order your new Samsung online or at a BASE shop. 
  • Choose which BASE monthly plan you want to combine with your handset.
  • We’ll ship your handset as soon as it becomes available. 

Missed the pre-order? No worries! The full Galaxy S26 Series will be available online and in our shops from 11 March 2026. 

The conditions and other important info applicable to the services are listed in the general and special conditions and in the info sheets.

It is important to read them very carefully as they contain important information and restrictions on the use of the services (e.g. on what unlimited calling, texting and surfing means, that the actual internet speeds may differ from the theoretical speeds, that there are restrictions on carrying over credit to the following month, on the number of screens on which you can watch TV at the same time, etc.).

Discount on smartphones with subscription valid from 25/2/2026 from 7PM until 10/3/2026 included for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid BASE customers in the 3 months prior to accepting the offer), while stocks last.

Subject to activation of a BASE subscription of the above-mentioned monthly amount, the customer receives the stated discount on the device purchase price, provided payment is made via direct debit and a 24-month repayment schedule is accepted. If the customer terminates the subscription or switches to a lower tariff plan within 24 months, BASE reserves the right to reclaim the residual value of the smartphone discount.
