Customers who currently have a BASE limited Internet subscription and upgrade to a BASE unlimited Internet subscription will receive a 20% discount on the BASE unlimited Internet subscription for a period of twelve (12) months starting from the effective date of the subscription change. This promotion is strictly limited to customers who already have a BASE limited Internet subscription at the time of the upgrade. For customers who already had a BASE limited Internet subscription before 13/5/26 and who switch to a BASE unlimited Internet subscription, while having a combination of at least 2 BASE products, the 10% combination advantage is included in the 20% promotional discount. This means that for a period of 12 months, a 20% discount is granted on the BASE unlimited Internet subscription. After this promotional period ends, a lifetime 10% discount automatically takes effect on the BASE unlimited Internet and/or TV subscription. This lifetime discount remains applicable only as long as the customer continues to meet the conditions of maintaining a combination of at least two (2) products.

Offer valid from 11/06/2026 until 19/07/2026, exclusively for online subscriptions, on all BASE subscriptions of €15/month, €20/month, €29/month, and €39/month.
On all of the above-mentioned BASE subscriptions, customers receive a 20% discount on the monthly subscription fee. In the event of a change to the subscription price, the corresponding discount will apply to the new subscription price.
Additional promotion – 1 month free
In addition to the above-mentioned discount, customers benefit from one month free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must order a new mobile subscription online between 11/06/2026 and 19/07/2026
- The mobile line must be activated on or before 19/08/2026
If these conditions are met, the customer will receive one month of subscription fee free of charge on the eligible mobile line. This benefit will be applied on the September 2026 invoice.
This promotion:
- Applies only to online activations (mobile-only plans)
- Applies to each new mobile line ordered during the campaign period
- Is automatically applied upon online order confirmation
General conditions
This offer is reserved for private customers only.
Upon online activation of one of the above-mentioned BASE subscriptions, the customer will receive the applicable discount on the monthly subscription fee for the entire duration of the contract.
The customer loses the monthly discount if they:
- Cancel their subscription
- Migrate to a lower-rate plan
This offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM discount and the combination of advantage on Internet & TV.

If the customer combines two or more services, he will receive 10% discount on the monthly subscription fee of BASE Internet and/or BASE TV for the duration of the contract. The mobile subscriptions that are eligible for the combination advantage are the BASE subscriptions of €15/month, €20/month, €29/month, and €39/month. The customer loses his combination advantage if he cancels his combination.
