Easy Switch - Request compensation

First of all

You can only request this compensation if :

  • you have switched to BASE via Easy Switch
  • your BASE services are already activated
  • you have not had access to your BASE services for at least 24 hours

You can find your customer number on your bill or in My BASE.

When you make your Easy Switch, you will get a date on which your new operator's services will be activated.
