    • Ensure you get a cable and have it laid by an expert.
    • Make an appointment with the BASE technician. Make sure you are at home during the appointment.
    • Provide a free space of 40 cm x 50 cm on the wall where the drop cable enters. The technician will finalize the connection and place the network unit and modem inside.
  • Do you already have a network cable? 
    • That’s easy! You can choose to install your modem yourself

On average, you need 30 Mbps of download speed and 5 Mbps of upload speed per activity on the internet. BASE limited Internet is the ideal solution if you don’t need a lot of speed.

Are you running multiple activities at the same time? For example: you stream, you video call, and you game at the same time. In that case, you’ll need the higher speed of BASE unlimited Internet.

Offer (discount on the device purchase price) only valid if all the following conditions are met:
The customer purchases the device between 03/11/2025 and 01/12/2025 (while stocks last) in a BASE shop and pays for the device with a debit or credit card.

  1. The customer already has:
    • a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 3/7/2025 [from €20/month (or lower than €20/month which is upgraded at the time of purchase to a BASE (Pro) subscription from €20/month)] and has correctly and timely paid the last 4 invoices; or
    • a BASE prepaid card since at least 3/7/2025 and upgrades [at the time of device purchase] to a BASE (Pro) subscription from €20/month.
  2. The customer activates a Data Pack at the time of device purchase with their BASE (Pro) subscription.
  3. The customer pays their BASE (Pro) subscription and Data Pack via direct debit.

The Data Pack contract has a fixed duration of 24 months and is automatically terminated after that period. If the customer terminates the Data Pack contract within the 24 months (changing the Data Pack also counts as termination) or deactivates the direct debit, BASE reserves the right to charge the remaining amount stated in the repayment schedule of the contract.

Each customer can benefit from the offer up to 3 times. A maximum of 3 active repayment schedules are accepted per customer; acceptance of an additional schedule is not allowed unless the remaining amount of a previous device promotion is repaid (via settlement on the next invoice).

In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the promotion by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate the promotion. Offer not combinable with other offers and promotions, except for the internet & TV combo benefit.

Discount on smartphones with subscription valid from 03/11/2025 to 01/12/2025 for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid BASE customers in the 3 months prior to accepting the offer), while stocks last.

Subject to activation of a BASE subscription of the above-mentioned monthly amount, the customer receives the stated discount on the device purchase price, provided payment is made via direct debit and a 24-month repayment schedule is accepted. If the customer terminates the subscription or switches to a lower tariff plan within 24 months, BASE reserves the right to reclaim the residual value of the smartphone discount. Offer limited to one device per newly activated subscription. Max. 3 active repayment schedules per customer; acceptance of an additional schedule is not allowed unless the residual value of a previous smartphone promotion is repaid (via settlement on the next invoice). Offer reserved for private customers who do not yet have a BASE monthly plan. Customers with a BASE top-up card who want to switch to a BASE monthly plan, or customers coming from another operator, must not have had a BASE monthly plan for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to subscription. Upon activation of one of the above-mentioned BASE subscriptions, the customer will receive the applicable discount (20% or 30% depending on the chosen plan) on the monthly subscription fee for the entire duration of the contract. The promotion will be automatically applied upon order confirmation. This offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV.

Offer reserved for existing BASE customers

Existing BASE customers are also entitled to this promotion, but only if they have been a BASE customer for more than 3 months and if they refer a new BASE customer to one of the above-mentioned BASE subscriptions. Existing customers with a different older tariff plan can also benefit from this discount, on the condition that they switch to one of the current tariff plans. Providing these conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will enjoy the applicable discount (20% or 30% depending on the chosen plan) on the monthly subscription fee for the entire duration of the contract. The discount and, where applicable, the transfer will be allocated and/or implemented automatically as soon as the new customer’s SIM card has been activated. This must be completed no later than 30 days after purchase. If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer will not be automatically migrated back to the original plan.

The existing customer loses their monthly discount if they cancel their subscription, migrate to a lower rate plan, or if the customer they referred cancels their subscription. This offer for existing customers cannot be combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM discount and the combination advantage on Internet & TV.

If the customer combines two or more services, he will receive 10% discount on the monthly subscription fee of BASE Internet and/or BASE TV for the duration of the contract. The mobile subscriptions that are eligible for the combination advantage are the BASE subscriptions of €15/month, €20/month, €29/month, and €39/month. The customer loses his combination advantage if he cancels his combination.

Promo -20% for 12 months
Offer valid from 10/11/2025 to 11/01/2026 included, for any new subscription to BASE Unlimited Internet and/or BASE TV. The 20% discount applies for 12 months on the monthly subscription fee. Not valid for BASE Limited Internet or paid options.

Free installation: If your installation address qualifies for a Self-Starter installation, you can install your services yourself free of charge. If a Self-Starter installation cannot be booked at your installation address, a technician will come and install your services for free (Comfort installation worth €59).

Free activation: Free activation worth €30 for any new internet subscription.

Cable connection: If no cable connection is present at the installation address, an additional fee will be charged for the cable connection.
