Before you go, here are a few things you might want to know:

  • You can keep your mobile number

    To do so, you just need to switch your mobile plan to BASE 0 in My BASE or to a prepaid card by calling 1999.

  • Someone else can take over your products
    If relevant, another person can take over your mobile, internet or TV products. Our FAQ explains how this works.
  • Return your BASE modem and/or TV box
    After cancellation, you have 30 days to return your equipment. Need more info? Check this FAQ.

Do you have a device linked to your plan?

If you cancel your contract before the end date, the remaining value of your device will be charged on your final bill.
