Activate your SIM card

As you may have already noticed, we are now offering new rate plans.

Did you order your rate plan just before the new offerings were launched?
No problem! You can switch to a different rate plan in the customer zone any time you like. You can simply continue to use the same SIM card.

1. Have you requested a new mobile phone number?

Insert your new SIM card in your device and activate it by clicking on one of the buttons below. You will soon be able to make calls, send SMS and surf using the excellent BASE network.

2. Are you keeping your current number?

Insert your new SIM card in your device and activate it. Reinsert your old SIM afterwards. We will transfer your number on the date you have chosen at purchase. You will get an SMS on your old SIM card as soon as your number has become operational on the BASE network.

What do you need to activate your SIM card?

  1. Your order number. You will find it in all the e-mails you’ve received after you ordered your SIM card.
  2. The SIM card number. This can be found inside the pack your SIM card was sent in through the post.
  3. Your mobile phone number. This will be either the old number you’ve had transferred to BASE. Or perhaps you’ve requested to change numbers? As for the SIM card number, the new phone number can be found on the pack your SIM card was sent in.
