BASE gives the following online documents at your disposal:

  • Authorisation to a third party
  • Request transfer connection

You can download them quickly and no need to request them anymore by phone. Check out the meaning of the documents and how to send them to us.

Authorisation to a third party

With this document you grant access at your account number to a third person.

After downloading:

  • Print it
  • Fill in and sign
  • Add a copy of your identity card
  • Send it by post to:

  • Or scan the documents and e-mail them to admin.support@telenetgroup.be

Request transfer connection

This document (FR - NL) is needed if you want to switch your subscription on your name (current holder) to a different name/owner or a business (future holder).

After downloading:

  • Print it
  • Fill in and sign
  • Add the necessary attachments (see point 3 in the document)
  • Send it by post to:
