1. General

This contest is organised by TELENET GROUP NV, Liersesteenweg 4, 2800   Mechelen, company number 0462.925.669, hereinafter referred to as “BASE”,   within the framework of its campaign “Generatie Plantrekker / Génération   Débrouille feat. Camille Yembe”, hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”.

The Campaign is rooted in a societal and cultural approach, placing emphasis   on co-creation, artistic freedom and authentic collaboration between musical   talents.

The purpose of the contest is to select one or more musical talents on the basis   of one or more demo recording(s) (musical demos) submitted via their CourtCircuit or VI.BE profile.

The selection of the winners is carried out by Camille Yembe, in consultation with her record label, and validated by BASE.

The contest runs from Wednesday 4 March 2026 to Wednesday 25 March 2026   inclusive (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).

The selected participant (hereinafter the “musical talent” or the “winner”) will be   invited to collaborate on the creation of a musical work with Camille Yembe,   recorded in studio, accompanied by a music video intended for worldwide   exploitation by Camille Yembe’s record label, and to perform the song live   during a showcase event with Camille Yembe.

As part of the project, audiovisual recordings of the musical talent as well as   additional content (including “behind the scenes” videos) will be produced and   may be used by BASE for promotional purposes.

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these Rules as well as of any amendments that BASE may deem necessary for the proper conduct of the   contest.

2. Role of BASE

BASE acts as the organiser of the contest.

Each winner will collaborate directly with Camille Yembe’s record label and will enter into a separate agreement with the label covering the creation and exploitation of the musical work, the single (including its artwork), the music video and the live performance, in accordance with these Rules.

BASE shall in no event be held liable for the collaboration, conclusion, execution and/or performance of any agreements entered into between the musical talent, Camille Yembe and her record label.

Each winner shall also enter into a separate agreement with BASE, or its communication agency, concerning the creation and exploitation of additional content and participation in promotional activities.

BASE reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the contest if circumstances so require, including after its launch or completion, regardless of whether content has already been created and/or exploited.

Winners will be informed of the results during the month of April.

The Jury reserves the right to revoke and replace a musical talent at any time if the commitments or agreements applicable under these Rules are not respected.
