How do I check my mobile usage?

In the My BASE app or your Customer zone

  • Would you like to be able to check your usage wherever you want? Discover the My BASE app !
  • Or check your usage in your Customer zone. You will also find some extra details there.

Do you have a Based on you monthly plan? Then you can discover what you can do with your remaining amount there too.

Would you prefer to check by SMS?

Text CONSULT to 1912 (free of charge). You will then receive a text that shows your remaining amount or the number of minutes, SMSes and MBs you have left.

Good to know

  • Would you like to set a limit for your data usage? Go to the app or your Customer zone and choose My settings > Data usage.
  • Keep in mind that your most recent usage may not yet be included. This may be the case when you are abroad, for example.
