All about the My BASE app

The My BASE app is available as a free download for your smartphone from the App Store and Google Play Store. Already have it? Learn all you can do with the My BASE app. You can…

  • keep an eye on your usage.
  • personalize your usage notifications.
  • view and pay your bills/invoices or pay someone else's.
  • top up a BASE prepaid card (for yourself or someone else).
  • consult, manage and change your plan and options.
  • manage your personal data, privacy data and preferences.
  • manage and listen to your voicemails.
  • order and activate a prepaid card.

At the bottom of the My BASE app you see the various menu options, which you can tap.

Usage

Get detailed info on your usage at any time. Quickly know what you have already used and what you have left.  When you tap ‘View details’, you see the detailed usage status of your bundles (SMSes, minutes etc.).

Tip: Want an easy way to keep your usage under control? Then set usage notifications or change existing notifications. Tap ‘Details’ and set your notifications.

My Budget Control

Thanks to the My Budget Control, we help you set your out-of-plan limit step by step in the app for the very first time. This way, you can block or limit out-of-plan costs and stay 100% in control of your monthly plan. Easy peasy, just follow the guide!

Billing

View and pay your bills/invoices in the blink of an eye. If there's a new bill/invoice available, you see it here straight away! We also always show the status of your bill/invoice (paid, not yet paid, etc.). Do you want to pay a BASE bill/invoice for someone else? That's possible too!

Thanks to the My BASE app, you also have a handy summary of your payments for the previous months.

Want to make sure you never make a late payment again? Then activate payment by direct debit. You'll never have to worry about it again.

Good to know: Under ‘Billing’ you can also activate electronic billing/invoicing. Then you will receive your BASE bills/invoices via email. Read more about electronic billing/invoices.

Tariff plan

Can't remember exactly what's included in your plan anymore? Under ‘Tariff plan’ you'll find all the details of your current BASE monthly plan/prepaid plan.

You can change your monthly plan/prepaid plan at any time. Tap ‘Details’ and then ‘Explore our monthly plans’ to browse our offerings. Then pick the plan that best matches your usage.

Want to add or remove an option? You do that there too! Tap ‘Manage your options’ and you can easily change them.

Did you buy a smartphone with a discount in combination with a BASE monthly plan? Under 'Your smartphone deal' you will find all information about it, such as:

  • the residual value of the discount on your smartphone;
  • the end date of your contract.

Under ‘More’ you can view and change your personal details and privacy settings. You will also find all the details for your SIM card there. 

You can also manage and listen to your voicemails.

Top up your BASE number quickly and easily. Do you want to top up for another BASE customer (e.g. a family member or friend)? That's possible too! Enter their BASE number and top up for them in the blink of an eye.
