Our BASE Shops in corona times

The doors of your local BASE Shop will reopen on 11 May.

We're doing all that's necessary to ensure all the safety measures are taken. Everyone's health remains our top priority. The BASE online shop will still be open 24/7. We are now offering free delivery.

I have a prepaid card. How do I get extra data?

From now until 31 July, when you top up for €20 you get 5 GB free data in addition to your 20 euros worth of minutes.

I have an Unlimited monthly plan. How do I get my extra data?

There is no limit on data usage, but we employ a fair use policy of 25 GB in Belgium. Then your unlimited mobile internet continues at a lower speed (512 kbps).
