how to use

Are you unavailable? Voicemail takes over and sends you a text message notifying you of each new recorded message. All you need to do is listen to them by calling 1933 on your mobile phone (+32 486 19 1933 from another telephone or landline).

activation

First time? Call 1933 and follow the step-by-step instructions to create choose your personal access code and record your personal greeting message. Your access personal code is necessary so that you canto listen to your messages when using your mobile phone or any other handset than your own.

when travelling

Your voicemail is of course accessible from abroad, but roaming charges will apply when you listen to your messages. You can access the service by calling +32 486 19 1933 from your phone as well as from another telephone or landline. However, when abroad you are now requested to enter your personal access code every time you wish to listen to access your voicemail, whether you're calling the service from your own phone or from another one. This measure has been adopted to ensure you a maximum safety.

what if I don't remember my personal code?

Don't worry, you can always retrieve it through the voicemail service.

when in Belgium
You only need your personal access code if you call the service from another telephone than your own or from a landline. After you have entered your mobile number, the system will ask you to enter your personal code and then advise you to press ** if you want to receive it on your mobile via text message.

when abroad
Whether you call from your own number or from another phone, the system will always ask you to enter your personal code before granting you access to your voicemail. It will then advise you to press ** if you want to receive your code on your mobile via text message.

tips & tricks

don't want to answer the phone?
You can automatically send all your incoming calls to your Voicemail. Call *21*+32486191933# and press the # button. The service will be deactivated by pressing on the #21# buttons. Depending on your particular mobile phone, you might have to add an extra * or a # before the code.
Unread messages are stored for up to 7 days. You can store up to 15 messages simultaneously. You decide what to do with your heard messages: keep them, forward them or delete them.

don't have enough time to answer the phone?
You can easily change the ringing time by entering **61*+32486191933**(number)# and confirm with "send" / "ok".
(number) can be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
