how to use
Connect to your auto reload account the rest is up to you! Ask for your credit to be topped up when it reaches a minimum limit: (€5, €2,... You decide on the amount).
The advantage: You’re never going to run out of credit! Or ask to be automatically topped up at a particular time (every Sunday, or the first day of every month...).
The advantage: you can keep your call budget, or that of your children, under control! You can also choose how you pay: via online banking or by credit card.

Sign up. Follow all the registration procedures. Finished? Enter your username and password. Go to your personal data, click auto reload opposite the corresponding mobile phone number, and check ‘Activate automatic top up’. Then indicate either when you wish to receive your top up, or your minimum top up level. Indicate the amount you wish to top up.
As soon as the service is ready text AUTO to 1913, followed by your PIN code (for example: AUTO 12345) to start up the automatic top up. Your PIN code? You’ll find it on your account statements with a transfer charge of €0,01 if you top up via your current account, in a e-mail if you top up by credit card.

Your worries are over, you will receive an automatic top up!
tips 'n' tricks
Both top up solutions are perfectly complimentary. An example? You can ask for your call credit to be topped up with €25 every 3 months or if the minimum €5 limit is reached. Convenient and reliable!
