how to use
Find the SMS menu on your mobile phone (consult the manual if you need help), write your message by pressing the buttons on your keyboard, enter the number of the person you wish to contact and send! To make your life easier, BASE has already programmed the SMS Central number on your SIM card (+32 486 000005).
activation
You don’t have to do anything! The service will be automatically activated : BASE has already preprogrammed the SMS Central number on your SIM card.
while travelling
You can also send and receive SMS from abroad. Roaming charges will apply.
tips 'n' trics
SMS allows you to send messages of up to 160 characters. Want to write a longer message? Your message will be divided into small messages of 160 characters. A SMS of 500 characters, will be calculated as 4 messages on your invoice. It’s handy to know so you don’t break your budget!
