how to use
After 10 years, SIM cards have a tendency to wear out. To avoid inconveniences, BASE offers to renew your card: same call number, same invoice, same customer number… nothing will change for you!
activation
You just need to visit your nearest BASE shop to ask for the change. Our sales assistants can also transfer the phone directory of your old SIM card to your new SIM card. Ideal for avoiding the loss of any data!
