Paying your invoices via your mobile phone is no longer science fiction! With m-banxafe, you now have the possibility of paying your BASE invoice with your mobile. Follow the guide!
Once you have registered to m-banxafe, each month you will receive a text showing your invoice as it stands. How do you pay? Nothing could be simpler: you just need to reply to the text (no message necessary), to start up the payment process via m-banxafe. Quick, convenient and ultra-secure, m-banxafe guarantees that your mobile transactions are processed in a secure, convenient manner. You’ll love it!

If you register to m-banxafe as soon as you receive your new, 128k SIM card (value €10), you won’t be charged. Thereafter, the service is free, so there’s nothing to pay!
activation
Before starting, make sure that you have the new BASE 128k SIM card. You don’t have it? Don’t wait any longer, ask for it now. Register, tick the ‘online consultation only’ box, then activate m-banxafe: select ‘m-banxafe’ from the menu on your mobile phone and select ‘start service’. Enter the PIN code of your choice and within the next 12 days go to a BASE-shop or a cash distributor (the PIN code is valid for 12 days).
At the BASE-shop: come equipped with your mobile phone and your bank card and ask a BASE sales assistant to activate the service. Enter your secret code at the Bancontact/ MisterCash terminal and that’s it!
At the cashpoint distributor: insert your Bancontact/MisterCash card in the distributor, select 'Mobile phone Services' then 'Activate banxafe'. Enter your mobile phone number as well as your m-banxafe reference (you will find this on the BASE/m-banxafe menu of your mobile phone). Press 'OK' to validate. Enter your secret code. You will receive a confirmation text.

Please note: each time you change your SIM card or bank card, you will need to re-register to the m-banxafe service.
