how to use
Go to www.kpnonline.be. Enter you mobile phone number in the field provided. Enter your password. Login. you’re there: now you can consult and settle your invoice, (with your credit card or via online banking if you are a customer at KBC, Dexia or ING).
activation
Text LOGIN to 1914 (free of charge). You will receive a message containing your password. Would you prefer to choose your own password? Text LOGIN <your password> to 1914 (for example: LOGIN kitty123). Your password must be composed of between 8 and 16 alphanumeric characters.
when travelling
No problem: you can also consult your invoices when you are abroad. All you will need is an Internet connection.
tips 'n' tricks
You can decide not to continue receiving paper invoices (text PAPERSTOP to 1914). As soon as a new incoice is available online, you will receive a text message notifying you of the amount. Now you can take over!
