This service is available for all BASE customers with a prepaid card as well as anyone who would like to make a top-up for a BASE customer with prepaid card.

Topping up with m-banxafe in Belgium and while abroad is completely FREE.
how to activate
To enjoy the m-banxafe service, you'll need a 128k SIM card from BASE that has the m-banxafe logo. You don't have this SIM card? Just visit a BASE-shop.
Insert this SIM card in your mobile phone.
Select "m-banxafe" in the BASE menu on your mobile phone and then click on "start service".
Create a PIN code and activate it within 12 days:
a. Online: follow the instructions.
b. In a BASE-shop: take your bank card and your mobile phone with you and ask a sales person to activate the service.
c. At a ATM (exterior): insert your bank card into the ATM and select "mobile phone services" and then "activate banxafe". Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. You will receive a text message confirming once the service has been activated.
how to use
To top up your own mobile number:
1. In the BASE menu on your mobile phone, select "top up" and then "m-banxafe"
2. Select "my number", choose the top-up amount, and then confirm
To top up another number:
1. In the BASE menu on your mobile phone, select "top up" and then "m-banxafe"
2. Simply choose "another number" in the menu
3. Enter the number, choose the top-up amount, and then confirm.
