With the Chat Call service, you can call up to 5 people simultaneously. Convenient for organising a conference call at work or an extended chat between friends!

This is a free service.
Your calls will be charged to you at the normal rate depending on the length of the call. BASE prepaid customers must have at least €2,35 remaining on their pack before initiating a Chat Call.
how to use
Initiating a Chat Call is simple. Call the first person. Put them on hold by pressing on 2 followed by the [send button]. Then call the other people by repeating the two previous steps mentioned above. Then join everyone who is participating in the conversation by pressing 3 followed by the [send button].
activation
Activation is not necessary! Just follow the steps mentioned in «How does it work?».
when travelling
You can invite International contacts to a Chat Call from Belgium.
tips 'n' tricks
Only BASE customers can invite people to participate in a Chat Call. But the people you invite can be customers from any mobile or fixed operator in Belgium or abroad. Convenient!
