Don’t feel like answering your mobile phone? With Call Transfer , BASE allows you to simply redirect all your calls to another number. To your fixed line for example, or to your secretary’s number, or even your own office. You choose.

For the rest, the redirected calls will be invoiced at the same rate as if you were making a call. What happens if you transfer one of your calls to another BASE number and someone calls you? You will be charged for the communication at BASE rates (to a fixed line at the usual rate, to an international number at the roaming rate…)
how to use
All you need to do is work out when you need to activate and deactivate the Call Transfer. All your calls can be transferred on a mobile number, a fixed line number in Belgium, or even an International number.

You can also activate and deactivate Call Transfer with the help of the menu on your mobile phone by following the user manual instructions.
when travelling
Very useful when you are abroad, Call Transfer allows you to transfer your calls to another number in Belgium (your secretary’s for example) or to a foreign number (the hotel where you are staying for example). .
tips 'n' tricks
Is your voicemail on? No problem, you can still activate Call Transfer. Instead of being redirected to your voicemail incoming calls will be redirected to the number that you have chosen.
