It is essential that you manually select the Challenger or Advantage network, if it doesn't automatically appear on your mobile screen. If you do not, you won't be able to enjoy these attractive rates. Consult the manual of you mobile phone for more information regarding the selection of a network when abroad.
All BASE tariffs are inclusive of VAT, are subject to the general conditions of the KPN Group Belgium, and are reserved to personal and private use.
To activate an option for mobile Internet abroad, you need to dispose of a BASE monthly plan.

Nothing's easier. If you have one of our surf & mail options or BlackBerry® 15 and you activate one of the "Challenger" or "Advantage" data roaming options (10 or 500 MB), you'll benefit from advantageous rates abroad in a number of countries.

how to activate these options?
BASE monthly plan customers:
Send a free text message with ADVANTAGE10, ADVANTAGE500, CHALLENGER10, or CHALLENGER500 to 1910 depending on the option you wish.
Each month the amount of the option will be added to your invoice.
All BASE tariffs are inclusive of VAT, are subject to the general conditions of KPN Group Belgium, and are reserved to personal and private use.
To activate an option for mobile Internet abroad, you need to dispose of a BASE monthly plan.
(1) If you exceed your monthly volume of 10 MB included in the option, the data traffic above this volume will be invoiced per KB at €2.50/MB.
(2) If you exceed your monthly volume of 500 MB included in the option, the data traffic above this volume will be invoiced per KB at €0.50/MB.
(3) If you exceed your monthly volume of 500 MB included in the option, the data traffic above this volume will be invoiced per KB at €1.00/MB.
The option "Advantage" of 500 MB is valid on both the "Advantage" and "Challenger" networks.
