The following devices are NOT compatible with a home pack connection:
- alarm systems linked to a central dispatch unit (Securitas, Group4, GMIC,...)
- electronic payment terminals (except the Banksys Xenta terminal)
- pay phones
- telephone exchanges
- older generation pulse generating telephone devices ("pulse" with dial)

You will be charged € 99 for this intervention.
This service is only offered for a home pack installation.
