How do know if your call credit has been topped up automatically?
You’ll get a confirmation text each month, when the €10 has been added to your call credit.

You have used up your €10 call credit during the month?
You can still top up your call credit via one of our other top-up methods and you'll continue benefit from advantageous rates and from the advantages linked to your BASE prepaid tariff plan.
One month after your easy card activation, your call credit will be topped up with €10. The same amount will be added each month during the 2 or 4 following months, depending on the amount of your easy card (€35 or €50).
