When using Auto Reload, what do I have to do when my current bank account or credit card number changes, or when my credit card is expired?
Go to the customer zone and enter your mobile phone number and password. Select ‘my usage – top up preferences’.
New bank account:
- Change your current account number. We will cancel your existing direct debit and send a request to your new bank. All you have to do is sign and submit the direct debit document.
New credit card:
- Change your credit card details. Your information will be adapted immediately and you can continue to use this service.
