All the tariffs that are exclusive of VAT, are subject to the general conditions and the special terms and conditions of KPN Group Belgium SA, are reserved for professionals who have a VAT number and those exercising a liberal profession and only apply to national usage, except for special numbers/third party services. You can of course use such services but the costs implied by this use will be billed outside of any package and/or bundle. You pay per second, after the first minute. To know the cost of communications to special numbers (070, 0900, 1207, 1307,...), international calls and roaming, please call 1940 via BASE (free in Belgium) or +32 (0)486 19 1940 from any other network (charges will occur).
special terms and conditions
Once the option is activated, the corresponding amount will be automatically added to your monthly invoice. To deactivate the options, you need only call 1940 (free in Belgium). The option is deactivated from the moment the first invoice is received following your call, unless your request is made while your invoice is being treated. In this case, the deactivation comes into effect starting from the following invoice.
option "BASE Unlimited"
€ 15 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. Offer restricted to normal professional use, subject to conditions (see below).
option "ALL 60"
€ 6 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The 60 minutes to all networks in Belgium are valid 1 month and cannot be carried over to the following month.
Option only available on Mobile 1.
option "FIX 120"
€ 3 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The 120 minutes to all fixed lines in Belgium are valid 1 month and cannot be carried over to the following month.
option "FIX 240"
€ 6 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The 240 minutes to all fixed lines in Belgium are valid 1 month and cannot be carried over to the following month.
option "BASE SMS"
€ 4 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. Offer restricted to normal professional use, subject to conditions (see below).
option "SMS Unlimited"
€ 9 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. Offer restricted to normal professional use, subject to conditions (see below).
option "International"
€ 3 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. The rates are valid only for calls made from Belgium to the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Gabon, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Irish Republic, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Poland, Portugal (+ Azores), Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, US, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia.
This option is included in the Mobile Unlimited tariff.
option "Surf & Mail 4"
€ 4 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 50 MB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.08/MB. If you don't use the 50 MB, they will not be carried over to the following month.
option "Surf & Mail 8"
€ 8 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 500 MB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.016/MB. If you don't use the 500 MB, they will not be carried over to the following month.
option "Surf & Mail 12"
€ 12 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 1 GB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.08/MB. If you don't use the 1 GB, they will not be carried over to the following month.
option "Surf & Mail 20"
€ 20 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 2 GB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.08/MB. If you don't use the 2 GB, they will not be carried over to the following month.
option "BlackBerry® 12"
€ 12 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 500 MB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.016/MB. If you don't use the 500 MB, they will not be carried over to the following month.
option "BlackBerry® BES"
€ 25 will be automatically added to your invoice each month. If you exceed the monthly volume of 500 MB of data transferred in Belgium included in the option, the amount of data transferred exceeding this volume will be charged per KB at a rate of € 0.10/MB. If you don't use the 500 MB, they will not be carried over to the following month.

To be able to guarantee optimal terms and conditions of use for you, our unlimited offers (for mobile telephony, fixed telephony or fixed Internet) are exclusively restricted to normal professional use. This normal use allows you very intensive use. Only in the case of fraud (including commercial use of the contract, in particular for call centre or simbox purposes, and/or making this available to third parties), dishonest use or, more generally, use that is not in accordance with the use that could be expected of a customer who concludes a contract for mobile telephony (such as in particular the use of your mobile as a babyphone) will the terms not be applied.
Your use will, for example, be deemed fraudulent in the following cases:
For mobile telephony:
- you regularly call more than 6 hours a day and/or 30 hours a week ;
- you regularly call more than 3 hours without interruption and/or you make calls that are immediately resumed after being interrupted ;
- you send more than 300 text messages a day and/or 5,000 text messages a month ;
- you send more than 50 MMS messages a day and/or more than 400 MMS messages a month to BASE and/or e-mail addresses ;
- you send more than 20 MMS messages a day and/or more than 100 MMS messages a month to other mobile networks.
For mobile telephony:
- you regularly call more than 6 hours a day and/or 42 hours a week.
In all these cases BASE reserves the right to restrict the delivery of services or to suspend and/or terminate your contract.
